2008 Outstanding Student Award
Call for Nominations

The AUSP Alumni Chapter seeks nominations for its 2008 Outstanding Student Award recipient. This award will be presented to a deserving AUSP student at the annual Mid-South Conference on Communicative Disorders.

Master’s or doctoral candidates who have completed at least three semesters in the University of Memphis School of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology are eligible to be nominated. Nominees must have a minimum 3.5 grade point average and demonstrate outstanding clinical skills. Involvement in extracurricular activities will also be considered.

AUSP faculty, AUSP alumni, and clinical supervisors at external sites may submit nominations. Each nominee must be nominated by both an academic faculty member and a clinical faculty member to be considered for this award. The deadline for nominations is February 4, 2008. 2008 Outstanding Alumnus Award
Call for Nominations

The University of Memphis School of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Alumni Chapter needs your nomination for the 2008 Outstanding Alumnus Award. Each year the Chapter presents this award to a deserving AUSP graduate at the Mid-South Conference on Communicative Disorders. We encourage you to nominate any graduate who demonstrates outstanding achievement in academic pursuits, research activities or community involvement.

Please provide detailed information, including the nominee’s history, resume, honors received, published works and two letters of support. Additionally, any other related materials would be helpful. Members of the AUSP Alumni Chapter Board of Directors and AUSP teaching and clinical faculty are not eligible. The deadline for nominations is Monday, February 4, 2008. Please let us hear from you!
